The Cortland Riverside Gardens

My mother n law is in this place and we love it! The care she gets is so much better than so many other places she has been. Her room feels like a room helps her feel like she is at home. We are so please with this place to the staff to how hard they have also worked to keep residents safe from covid 19.

Placed my Aunt here and she loves it. Late one night she lost her contacts down the drain and Brooke took apart the drain and found them both. They pay attention to detail!

Directly from my heart, "the best of the best" truly, we as guests, were given the red carpet. The question of "theres room for improvement" never came up. A first class operation, starting with the numerous amount of staff, the gorgeous facility, and the many activities made available to the residents. Sincerity was indeed noticed. Don't change a thing.

Great facility and caring staff. My mother was there for a short time for respite care with hospice. The rooms have a nice set up and are very clean. Everyone we met had a great attitude and was very caring. The staff was awesome starting with the director who sets the tone got everything in place, the wellness director who spent a lot of time with mom and was very attentive, the program director was great for the short time we were there but we loved their happy hour with the residents. Mom got great care from the aides and received her medications on time. The kitchen staff who brought meals and housekeeping did a great job. We made the right choice by choosing Riverside Gardens for Mom's final days and cannot thank them enough. Thank you.

I'm a Go Bus driver, and I was visiting one of my passengers who invited me over for happy hour after my shift. So I accepted. The staff was very pleasant. So nice, and they all knew who I was from being a driver. They accepted me right in. From being Riverside Elementary School; They did quite a remarkable job remodeling it. The residents there are really nice and welcoming, and I will have to do this again, as I have been welcomed back anytime, by the staff and residence.
